The Department of Finance in the Wilbur O. And Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Real Estate.

Primary duties will include teaching real estate at the undergraduate level engaging in a research program that results in articles in high-quality scholarly publications and participate in service activities. The candidate will teach four semester courses per year and participate in service activities.
Clemson University is a R1 Carnegie designated land-grant competitive admissions institution with total enrollment approaching 25000 students. The Finance program currently has over a thousand finance majors 13 tenured/tenure-track faculty members three clinical faculty members and six full-time lecturers.
Tenure-track members of the Finance Faculty have recently published in finance and real estate journals including JF JFE JAE JFQA MS JUE JREFE and JRER.We were recently ranked by US News as #36 in finance programs.

Candidates must possess a PhD in Real Estate Finance or related field from an AACSB accredited university.
Successful candidates are expected to be active researchers with the potential to publish in top finance and/or real estate journals. Seasoned candidates should have a strong record of publishing in top finance and/or real estate journals.
