Job Summary
HVAC Project ManagerSanta Ana CA
Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking HVAC Project Manager. Candidate must be efficient in HVAC mechanical piping and have over 5-10 years experience and live in Orange County Area.
Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager:
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
- Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
- Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
- Estimate changes in scope of work
- Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
- Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance workmanship and safety
Requirements for HVAC Project Manager:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Knowledge in Design Estimating and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- PE License
- Experience working with AutoCAD Revit BlueBeam Quickpen Excel MS Project and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks
- Stable work history
- Local to the Orange County Area
