Nursing Opportunities: Were always seeking compassionate nurses to join our team. Whether youre an RN LPN or a new grad youre welcome to apply. Worried about losing skills Our diverse cases ensure that nurses gain valuable experience across various medical conditions.
We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes schools or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved ones medical care ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.
Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support seizure disorders ostomy appliances wound management needs or diabetic maintenance.

Pay Rates: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:

RN: $57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per hour

LPN: $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour

Additionally to join our team at NortheastArc-Clinical Services nurses need to meet the following qualifications:

Licensure: Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience & Clinical Competence: Proficiency in nursing skills critical thinking and problem-solving is crucial. Team members should be well-versed in handling diverse medical conditions. While we welcome new grads having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care so a diverse skill set is valuable.
Compassion and Empathy: We seek nurses who are compassionate empathetic and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Our focus extends beyond medical needs to the social-emotional well-being of our patients. Compassionate team members create a positive impact on the lives of our patients and families.
Adaptability: Our cases vary significantly. Nurses who can adapt to different patient needs environments and challenges thrive in our team. Our cases cover various conditions including feeding challenges tracheostomies ventilator support seizure disorders and more.
