Now Hiring: Group Home Associate Professional
Location: Jacksonville NC
Full-Time Residential Setting

Were looking for compassionate motivated professionals to join our Group Home team and provide therapeutic support in a safe trauma-informed environment for children facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
What Youll Be Doing:Helping youth with daily living skills emotional regulation school routines and social interaction
Providing trauma-informed care and behavior support aligned with each childs treatment goals
Promoting a positive structured environment that supports growth healing and independence
Collaborating with a treatment team to support discharge planning and reunification
Completing daily documentation that tracks progress and interventions
Ensuring compliance with DHHS Medicaid and agency standards
Assisting with transportation appointments medication (if certified) and safety drills
Supporting children with recreational activities hygiene and healthy habits
You must meet one of the following educational requirements:
Masters degree in a human services field with less than 1 year of experience
Bachelors degree in a human services field with less than 2 years of experience
Bachelors degree in another field with less than 4 years of experience
Supervision is provided while you gain experience with the population we serve!
Other Requirements:
Valid NC Drivers License and acceptable driving record
Must pass background checks drug screenings and TB testing
Available to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Able to lift 25 lbs and perform CPR/NCI crisis training if required
