Job Summary

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding thought leadership a network of peers and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

Frontline operators are responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective this role you will support users and partner organizations throughout onboarding training and key activation milestonesminimizing friction facilitating campaign launches and ensuring new users develop confidence and proficiency on the platform.

Candidates local to the Arlington VA area are highly preferred; remote candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis

How You Will Contribute

    • Provide comprehensive onboarding and activation support to users and partner organizations.
    • Deliver structured live trainings workshops and individualized coaching focused on platform tools workflows and best practices.
    • Support campaigns product launches and other critical moments by offering realtime assistance and issue resolution.
    • Identify adoption challenges gather qualitative insights and share informed recommendations with Customer Success and Product teams.
    • Develop onboarding frameworks templates playbooks and training materials to enable scalable repeatable activation processes.
    • Serve as a trusted and empathetic guide ensuring new users feel supported and confident as they engage with the platform.

    • Willingness to travel for in-person onboarding events or launches.
    • Experience with CMS systems (Drupal)
