Job Summary

Maintenance: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21/hour
Days: Monday Friday (weekends and on call required)
Times: 7am 3:30pm

Qualifications:

Basic plumbing: the ability to troubleshoot a leaky faucet toilet urinal and know what to do for a repair.
Basic electrical: the ability to troubleshootwhy a classroom has no power finding tripped breakers safely changing a broken outlet.
Basic woodworking: the ability to fix a broken door frame or cabinetdoor fix a broken table leg repair the molding/lattice on a classroom door.
The ability to think outside the box for a solution to a problem.
Basic Boiler knowledge is a plus. Willing to be trained.
Knowledge of pools would be a plus Willing to be trained.
The ability to work alone to complete work orders but also the willingnessto work as a team to offer help and ask for helpwhen needed.
Some computer skills with the ability to accessthe work order system.
Good communication skills.
