Responsibilities:
The Polestar Specialist will work together withthe wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational immersive and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitutes Polestars front line and are ourbrand advocates supporting ourmission by creating memorable experiences for our Space visitors.
As a Polestar Specialist you will make sure the visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space.
You will provide a tailored experience based upon the guest specific interest and agenda.
You will educate and inspire guests by answering their questions. You will turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and all the services Polestar Princeton has to offer.
You will build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers.
You will schedule test drives and follow up with customers by walking them through the purchasing process.
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
