Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Cyber Security Manager PCI Compliance is responsible for driving UDXs continuous PCI compliance efforts ensuring compliance activities are completed and PCI DSS requirements are operationalized into documented auditable controls. This role manages PCI risk assessments evidence collection assessment readiness and remediation coordination across business technology and engineering teams. The position maintains PCI compliance plans timelines and documentation and acts as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external assessment partners to ensure alignment with PCI requirements security policies and compliance objectives under the guidance of UDX Cybersecurity leadership.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as a subject matter expert for PCI IT Compliance items. Manages the administration and maintenance of policies and procedures for effective compliance management for all applicable IT related rules and regulations. Creates and monitors systems and management processes for effective compliance reporting and remediation. Manages remediation activities to ensure ongoing regulatory processes are followed.
Owns PCI workflows and proactively identify risks across UDX business teams developing and driving mitigation strategies.
Manages the development and maintenance of PCI-related metrics and key performance indicators to track compliance status control effectiveness and remediation progress providing visibility to UDX and NBC Cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders.
Builds and maintains strong cross-functional relationships to support consistent secure network operations across the organization payments processing team legal and risk team vendors and service providers across the UDX ecosystem.
Oversees and manages UDX and NBC security incident investigations to completion including postmortem reviews and remediation planning.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

5 years of experience in cyber engineering cybersecurity Information Technology or a related technical field;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and control objectives
Strong working knowledge of tools such as vulnerability scanners SIEMs and endpoint protection platforms.
Strong work experience with network security and segmentation system hardening and secure application architecture
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent documentation and communication skills
