Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Higher Education Industrial Relations or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in compensation HR data analysis or faculty affairs administration. Experience managing complex employment processes such as contract administration pay equity analysis or tenure/promotion review cycles. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply employment policies compensation regulations and academic personnel procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments including faculty HR and Finance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with experience managing multiple priorities under strict timelines. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment in sensitive or high-stakes matters.

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Human Resources Higher Education Administration Public Administration or a related discipline. Experience working in a higher education institution particularly in faculty affairs academic administration or institutional research. Familiarity with faculty rank tenure and promotion processes as well as collective bargaining agreements or shared governance structures. Proficiency in compensation analysis tools or pay equity software. Advanced Excel or data analysis skills including the ability to interpret compensation trends and create reports for executive audiences. Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Banner PeopleAdmin). Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in compensation practices and employment systems. Experience developing and communicating process documentation policies or training materials for non-HR audiences.
