Make a difference as a Senior Living Sales Representative

As a Senior Living Consultant at The Waters Senior Living Pewaukee you will play a pivotal role in welcoming potential residents and their families by providing engaging and informative tours of our vibrant community. Your passion for connection will shine as you attend local events and actively engage with the community showcasing the exceptional lifestyle we addition to building meaningful relationships with residents and their families youll contribute to innovative sales and marketing campaigns that highlight our commitment to excellence and empathy. This role allows you to create lasting bonds and foster a supportive environment all while helping families find their ideal senior living solutions.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Senior Living Consultant at The Waters of Pewaukee you will need a blend of relevant skills and experience. A Bachelors Degree in communications marketing business or a related field is preferred alongside a minimum of five years in sales leasing admissions or community relations. Your proven track record in sales and marketing with an established portfolio of clientele will be critical in exceeding performance goals through relationship selling.

Experience in retirement housing-such as assisted living independent living or memory care-will give you a unique understanding of our residents needs. Additionally obtaining Fair Housing Certification is essential for successful engagement with prospective residents. Excellent communication skills a customer-focused mindset and a genuine ability to connect with people are vital to building lasting relationships that foster community and trust.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Bachelors Degree in communications marketing business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales/Leasing admissions marketing or community relations experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals through relationship selling with a demonstrated ability to close
  • Experience with retirement housing (AL. IL or Memory Care) or related work within the senior living industries preferred
  • Fair Housing Certificationor ability to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents
  • Proven successful track record in sales and marketing (established portfolio of clientele)
