Compensation & Incentives:
Base salary of $240000 annually
Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) 36.75% of base salary
Full vesting after 5 years
Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee
Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution
$10000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment
Up to $10000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment
$10000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)
Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program
No state income tax in Nevada

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada
