From The Earth is a locally operated cannabis retailer and delivery service focused on providing quality products and exceptional customer care. Were currently seeking a dependable and motivated Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant to join our Santa Ana team.
Position Overview
The Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant supports both inventory operations and retail floor activities to ensure smooth efficient store performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy assisting with fulfillment and supporting customer-facing operations as needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct accurate mid and end-of-day inventory checks
Maintain accuracy and store flow throughout the shift
Assist with inventory intake labeling and organization
Help maintain accurate counts and support daily cycle counts
Pack orders for pickup and delivery (two-sets-of-eyes verification)
Assist dispatch with accepting orders packing answering phones and routing as needed
Provide budtending support and break coverage for the floor team
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented and organized
Team player with a positive attitude
Budtending experience required
Customer service experience required
Strong multitasking and communication skills
