Our Houston operation continues to expand and we are seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship-based selling enjoys working in a construction environment and is motivated by long-term growth and earning potential.

You will work closely with estimators project managers and branch leadership to deliver high-quality roofing solutions to property owners facility managers and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers facility directors building owners and general contractors
  • Conduct on-site roof evaluations and client consultations
  • Partner with estimators to prepare accurate competitive proposals
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
  • Track leads proposals and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Represent Jolly Roofing at industry events networking functions and client meetings
  • Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development

  • Comfortable selling large-scale commercial projects and service agreements

Qualifications

  • Commercial sales experience in roofing construction or building services preferred
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston metro area with occasional regional travel
  • Valid Drivers License (preferred)

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance
