Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Product Management)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for distribution channels in achieving business goals;
- Participate in product and proposition design focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders viewpoints;
- Support delivery of product initiatives and manage product projects according to requirements and product development standards;
- Manage and coordinate product development process by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables;
- Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies;
- Assist to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
- Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products competitiveness;
- Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review;
- Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support to other teams as assigned
- University graduate or above preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial or related discipline;
- Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA CFA etc.) is an advantage;
- 4 yearsworking experience in product development and marketing in life insurance industry;
- Proactive and self-motivated in driving for results and continuously improved performance;
- Attentive to details independent and good project management able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong team work and build constructive professional relationship with different stakeholders and distribution channels;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English Chinese and preferably Putonghua;
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
