Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Dermatology Tech / Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with providers to ensure efficient and appropriate clinical care
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Prep patients for minor surgical procedures
- Assist in all exams and medical procedures as dictated by provider
- Triage patient needs and prescription calls
- Assist Front-Office & Clerical Staff in any additional functions as dictated by supervisors
âQualifications:
- Previous experience in Dermatology or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- EMA / Modernizing Medicine experience preferred
