About the Role
We are a large volume Toyota dealership selling700850 vehicles per month looking for an experienced hands onAutomotive Sales Manager. This is a highly active leadership role not a desk only position.
Requirements
- 5 years Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Strong CRM skills; datadriven decision maker
- Experience in a large-volume domestic dealership preferred (will consider import experience if strong work ethics)
- Outstanding customer follow-up abilities
- Ability to work 6570 hours/week (2426 days/month)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Engage directly with customers on the floor and through CRM
- Oversee follow-up and customer communication processes
- Monitor KPIs activity metrics and salesperson performance
- Support salespeople in closing deals and improving productivity
