Job Summary
Woody Buick GMC is a family-owned dealership with over 20 years of experience. Were focused on our customer and our community and were always seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Interact daily with technicians and retail customers
- Provide in-stock parts information to technicians
- Research and find parts as necessary
- Answer phone and email inquiries
- Provide parts cost estimates for commercial and retail requests
- Assist with monitoring and adjustinginventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Provides technical assistance when necessary
- Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Enforce safety requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance
REQUIREMENTS
Technical automotive knowledge
Computer literacy
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
