Contact and engage private-party sellers to assess interest in selling their vehicle
Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership for vehicle appraisals
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointment show rates
Track and document prospecting activity and results
Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the acquisition process
