JOB SUMMARY | The currently enrolled Seton Hall work study student is: - Responsible for providing for the University Relations/Publications team data entry support with databases and archiving all University print publications and/or photos
- Focus is primarily on incorporating various other office functions
- Excellent communications skills
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Under guidance and supervision the work study will execute assignments
- Will train the candidate who is focused consistent and dependable with a good basic knowledge on MS software programs
- Opportunity for the right candidate to try new technical ideas with possibility for implementation and the chance to explore and experience the public relations and marketing profession

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | Responsible for providing office support that primarily accesses databases and performs content entries and edits for archival purposes that includes print publications and/or photography Duties and responsibilities depend upon the growth of the position and the student Other duties include filing faxing scanning copying and answering the telephone |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | The applicant must be a currently enrolled Seton Hall University student. Knowledge of MS software programs as needed Familiarity with office procedure A positive can do attitude with good time-management and organizational skills Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026 |
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS | Under supervision the desire to try new and improved formats to existing uses in the field Knowledge of various forms of technology a plus |
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS | 12 - 15 hours per week (maximum 17 hours per week if necessary) during the academic year and same for non-academic periods) NOTE: Application documents MUST include: - Cover Letter
