Notre Dame Prep is seeking a dedicated Athletic Administrative Assistant to perform a wide range of office support activities that facilitate the efficient operations of the athletic department in alignment with the schools directly to the Athletic Director this 12-month non-exempt role serves as the primary point of contact for student-athletes and coaches managing high-volume communications and navigating a fast-paced professional environment. Additionally the Athletic AdministrativeAssistantwill maintain filing systems for physicals and eligibility forms assist with the confirmation of athletic contests and coordinate with the transportation office for away also include creating game programs managing end-of-season awards and overseeing equipment inventories. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent though a bachelors degree is preferred along with previous experience in youth high school collegiate or professional athletics. Technical proficiency is essential including Microsoft Office Adobe and Google Suites as well as a working knowledge of athletic operating software such as Schedule Star and Arbiter.
