Job Title: Director of OperationsMSAD #53 is a PK-8 district with 3 school buildings - Warsaw Middle School(5-8) with 271 students Vickery School (1-4) with 232 students and Manson Park School (PK-K) with 94 Director of Operations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all district ownedand operated facilities and the creation of a safe and efficient work environment for all studentsfaculty and staff. The Director of Operations will be responsible for hiring supervision andevaluation of custodial and maintenance / Experience:Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Construction Management and/or a minimum offive years experience in the field of facilities management or equivalent. Strong technologyskills are commensurate with experience.
