We are sharing a specialised full-time opportunity for experienced Visual Designers with strong expertise in icon system design visual asset production and design systems. This role supports a central product organization responsible for developing and maintaining the visual systems that define the brand experience across digital products.

The Visual Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable icon systems ensure consistent visual expression across product surfaces and contribute to the evolution of the companys design system.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality iconography and visual assets for product experiences
Create new icons based on established design systems and visual styles
Maintain and expand icon libraries across multiple sizes weights and product contexts
Develop pixel-perfect icons aligned with grid systems and visual standards
Document icon guidelines usage standards and design system rules
Translate product requirements into intuitive and visually compelling design solutions
Collaborate with art directors product designers and cross-functional teams
Manage design feedback and iterate to improve visual quality and usability
Ensure consistent brand expression across product experiences

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

4 years of professional experience in visual design graphic design or production design
Proven experience designing icon systems at scale for digital products or services
Expertise in vector construction grid systems and visual alignment principles
Advanced proficiency with design tools including Figma Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience creating and maintaining design systems or visual component libraries
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in visual design
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product and design teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications:

Experience contributing to a design system
Familiarity with design-to-development handoff workflows
Experience with 3D design motion graphics or animation
