Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with building and fire codes and supporting the development and implementation of regulations related to building safety and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on building and fire codes.
- Assist in the development and revision of building and fire safety regulations.
- Support regulatory enforcement and compliance monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with local officials and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain regulatory documentation and records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of building fire plumbing mechanical electrical and energy codes.
- Experience administering or enforcing building regulations.
- Strong research analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Additional Requirements
- Building Official certification required.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Ability to travel frequently as needed.
