Requirements:
- 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in sales or account management.
- Fluent or bilingual in English (Spanish or Tagalog is a plus).
- Basic technical understanding (not developer-level).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support via live chat and product demos.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through account management.
- Conduct proactive sales outreach (leveraging a contact list of 50000 leads).
- Follow up on invoicing and payments.
- Provide insights into sales strategies and improvements.
