YourMechanic is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who shares our vision to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment at a startup and is committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and mechanics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer issues including warranty-related and escalated issues
- Facilitate and resolve warranty related customer issues
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work with technicians on the field to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide technical support and advice to our team of mobile mechanics
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated excellence in working as a service advisor providing customer support and handling warranty claims
- Past experience as an automotive technician
- Master level technician a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- A team player and understands that there is no room for ego
