Job Summary
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in California that works on many of Californias biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with: great benefits retirement package and with plenty of room for career growth. We are planning to hire Californias best and brightest HVAC Project Managers in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners.
- Find Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule billings submittals RFIs & change orders select and monitor subs.
- Meet and coordinate with Owners General Contractors and Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent Foreman Journeyman QA and helpers in the field.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work-history.
- 5 years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor.
- Strong knowledge in State HVAC Codes BlueBeam MS Project Microsoft Office and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
