Bridge Fund Financial Services is seeking a Vice President of Fund Analytics to play a critical role in shaping and delivering analytical insights across our private equity platform. This individual will own fund-level analytics performance measurement and reporting partnering closely with Investment Finance Investor Relations and senior leadership to support decision-making fund management and investor communications. The role blends deep analytical rigor with strong business judgment requiring the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fund-level performance analytics across investment vehicles including ownership of IRR MOIC DPI TVPI and attribution analysis

Analyze historical and projected fund performance to inform investment strategy and capital allocation decisions

Build andmaintainfinancial dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables Power Query DAX)

Support quarterly reporting investor presentations fundraising and due diligence in partnership with Investor Relations

Ensure accuracy consistency and clarity of analytics across internal and external materials

Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment Finance Fund Accounting and Operations teams tomaintaindata integrity and alignment

Support valuation forecasting and fund-level planning processes

Enhance and scale analytics frameworks reporting infrastructure and data workflows across systems

Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency transparency and analytical depth

Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the firm

What you should bring

610 years of experience in private equity asset management alternatives investment analytics fund operations or related financial roles

Strong understanding of private equity fund structures performance metrics and cash flow dynamics

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; exceptional Excelproficiency

Experience working with fund data portfolio reporting and performance analytics

Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g. SQL Python Power BI TableaueFront Geneva or similar platforms) preferred

Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear concise narratives for senior stakeholders

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Economics Business or a related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus

401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
11 Paid Holidays per year.
Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
