Sentara Anesthesia Specialists a division of Sentara Medical Group is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team at Sentara Leigh Hospital a 274-bed acute care hospital serving the Virginia Beach and Norfolk communities.
Sentara Leigh Hospital is an accredited Primary Stroke Center and Magnet-recognized hospital for nursing excellence. Clinical specialties include:
- Orthopedics and spine care
- Heart and vascular services
- Maternity care
- General surgery
The hospital is also home to the regions only 24-hour hyperbaric oxygen program providing advanced treatment for conditions such as carbon monoxide poisoning non-healing wounds tissue infections related to oxygen deprivation airborne chemical exposures and diving-related injuries.
About the Practice
Sentara Anesthesia Specialists is a premier group of highly trained anesthesiologists and CRNAs serving more than 15000 patients annually across Hampton Roads. All physicians are board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and our CRNAs maintain national certification.
We are among the first health systems in the region to implement objective quality metrics to ensure excellence in patient satisfaction safety efficiency and clinical outcomes. Our focus is delivering high-quality care based on recognized best practices and measurable results.
