Job Summary

Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Video Summer Intern...is a full-time summer position that will assist the Production staff with related projects and tasks set up campus for weekend support as well as serve on the weekends in a variety of different roles as needed. This position also provides opportunities for spiritual and personal growth as part of the summer internship. The summer internship runs from May 26 2026 through July 31 2026.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with audio lighting GFX. set up and tear down at any of our 4 locations
Provide creative and administrative support such as lyric and background creation research and data entry
Hands on training in specialized areas of audio lighting and/or video
Assist and/or lead special projects

WERE LOOKING FOR

High school graduate
Strong work ethic energetic dependable and reliable
Trustworthy humble teachable
Superior listening skills-willingness to listen and take direction from others
Ability to communicate detail to others other teams at other sites and information and details that are cascaded from the Programming Team

MUST HAVES FOR ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING

Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis
Passionate about their relationship with God
Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
Regard the Bible as Gods final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossings Statement of Faith including our view on Baptism
