What Youll Do

As a Senior Product Design Engineer youll be part of our Taiwan Design Center team located in Taiwan. Youll get to:

Conduct mechanical design for hand tools.

Collaborate with manufacturing sites and vendors to develop designs that reduce scrap/loss enhance process capability and ensure product consistency.

Provide technical leadership and design for manufacturing to meet product requirements and maintain part quality at competitive costs.

Develop product specifications workmanship standards and performance expectations.

Mentor and guide junior engineers.

A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or higher with 5-10 years of experience in product design and familiarity with the product development process.

At least 3 years of experience in the hand tool industry.

Proficiency in CATIA FEM analysis and optimization along with familiarity with manufacturing processes.

A minimum TOEIC score of 600 and proficiency in MS Office.

A proactive approach to project management and experience in global teamwork (desired).
