Better starts and ends with the customer

You will ensure our customers receive an exceptional welcome that matches our professional services. Youll advise them on the ways we can help them and process their transactions efficiently and securely. Your role is to ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with compliance rules. Your work will contribute to our purpose to grow economies and realize a better world.

Here are some skills attributes and qualifications you will have:

  • Strong communication skills proficient in the English language

  • Willingness to work during weekends

  • Commit at least 20 hours per week

  • Customer service and money transfer operations experience

  • Experience in cash management

  • Proactive problem-solver

  • Experience with MS Office programs

Work Shift
