We are seeking a compassionate entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our team as a partner playing a key role in shaping the future growth and direction of our organization.

What We Offer:

• Shareholder track
• 3-year guaranteed salary
• No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K
• 4 weeks paid time off paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME with even more flexibility as a shareholder
• Profit sharing: % based on years in practice not solely with Esse Health
  • 7% for 0-9 years 11% for 10 years

Practice Details:

• Take over a retiring physicians panel in 2026 and join 2 Family Medicine Physician partners 2 Family Nurse Practitioners Medical Assistants an Office Manager and additional support staff
• Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
• Monday - Friday: No nights weekends or holidays
• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
• Call: low volume and phone only 1:3 weeks
• See 16-20 patients per day on average
• Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
• Provide evidence-based and value-based care
• Medicare Advantage panel management providing high-quality coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
  • Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
• NextGen EMR
