We offer in-home care in nearly all locationsofthe valley and surrounding areas. This includes but is not limited to: Phoenix Scottsdale Paradise Valley Gilbert Mesa Chandler Cave CreekCarefree and Ahwatukee.

Description:

The Caregiveris responsible for providing highquality safe and supportivecare to patients inthe comfort oftheirownhomes.In addition the Caregiverwillassist the patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and other necessary taskthat are essential to their every day living.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Personal Care-Assist with personal hygiene bathing showeringand dressing.

Mobility-Assist withambulation physicaltherapy exercise and walkinginside and outside the home.

Meals-Assist with theplanning andpreparationof meals

Housekeeping-perform light housekeeping dutieswhere needed (dishesbedding laundrydust sweep mop etc.).

Reminders-Remind clients to take prescription medications and of scheduled appointments.

Errands-Complete shopping task or accompany patients while they shop.

Transportation-Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments shoppingpharmacyandother errands as needed.

Education Certification License:

High School diploma or GED equivalency.
CPR/First Aid (will provide resources if needed).
DCW Training (will provideifneeded).
Fingerprint Clearance (will provide resources to obtaining)
Valid Drivers License andreliable transportation preferred.
