You will respond to resident concerns document observations and communicate clearly with your team while delivering a strong customer service experience. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures access requirements and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and resident concerns in a calm problem-solving manner documenting actions taken and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential streets amenity areas and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and lighting issues.
• Monitor and control access at entry points as assigned verifying credentials logging visitor information and directing traffic flow to support orderly entry and exit.
• Complete detailed patrol reports and incident reports communicate status updates via radio and/or phone and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or first responders when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
