Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Salesforce Developerto drive the design development and delivery of Salesforce solutions within a dynamicbanking and financial servicesenvironment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight ensuring scalable secure and high-performance Salesforce platforms that support critical business operations.
You will lead a team of developers collaborate closely with business and architecture teams and play a key role in shaping Salesforce best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Be part of theend-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Be part of the architect team and implementscalable Salesforce solutionsaligned with banking regulations and security standards
- Providetechnical assistance within the team of Salesforce developers
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Assist on overseeing custom development usingApex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and integrations
- Best practices incode quality performance security and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners Business Analysts and Architects
- Integration with core banking systems APIs and third-party platforms
- Support release management CI/CD pipelines and environment strategy
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Certification(Platform Developer I/II Application Architect System Architect)
- 4 yearsSalesforce development experience
- Experience working withinbanking or financial services environments
- Proven experience withsystem integrations(REST/SOAP APIs middleware)
- Strong understanding ofSDLC Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for Salesforce
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions
