We are seeking a Portfolio Manager position based in our Poznań location to join the Portfolio Management & Analysis team for 18 months (fixed-term contract).

Your future team:

You will join the Portfolio Management & Analysis team responsible for overseeing and optimising a diverse portfolio of strategic projects across production sourcing logistics digital solutions and operational excellence. The team ensures that all initiatives from factory construction and new melting technologies to sourcing and IT systems rollouts are prioritised and executed in line with Group strategy. You will work closely with Project Managers Key Account Managers functional leaders and OPCOs becoming a key link between strategic planning and operational delivery.

What you will be doing:

Portfolio Strategy & Execution

  • Maintaining an uptodate overview of the assigned portfolio area (status milestones risks interdependencies)
  • Ensuring that projects are aligned with Group Operations and Technology and Group priorities within the agreed portfolio framework
  • Preparing portfolio overviews and input for portfolio meetings PMM and steering forums
  • Ensuring project information (scope timing benefits capacity needs) is complete and updated in RockHub/portfolio tools

Demand Intake & Prioritisation

  • Operating the intake process for new initiatives in the assigned area ensuring proposals follow standard templates and criteria
  • Applying agreed ranking/prioritisation criteria and prepare recommendations (start/stop/continue/postpone) with clear rationale
  • Aligning prioritisation proposals with KAMs and functional managers

Benefits Realisation & Value Tracking

  • Ensuring projects in scope have defined financial and nonfinancial benefits and named benefit owners before approval
  • Tracking benefit realisation together with PMs KAMs and Finance updating registers and forecasts as needed
  • Flagging significant variances between forecast and realised benefits and supporting corrective actions

Constraint Management

  • Monitoring resource needs and constraints for the assigned portfolio (across GOT DIGI and OPCO functions where relevant)
  • Identifying bottlenecks overbooking risks and conflicts across projects
  • Proposing adjustments to timing scope or sequencing to keep plans realistic and support balanced utilisation

Business Analysis & Advisory

  • Consolidating data (costs capacity KPIs) to support portfolio decisions in the assigned area
  • Preparing clear decisionoriented analyses and visuals for portfolio and steering meetings
  • Contributing to business case development by structuring assumptions and quantifying benefits in line with standard methodology

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level both spoken and written as an international company we use English in our daily communication
  • Experience in project portfolio management project governance PMO or a similar analytical/strategic role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data interpret KPIs and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills you feel comfortable giving feedback challenging assumptions and facilitating decisions
  • Business acumen ability to assess feasibility value and impact of proposed initiatives
  • A structured and proactive approach to work especially in a cyclical deadlinedriven environment
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools (Planisware or similar systems) will be a strong advantage
