Production Engineer

Overview and main duties

At Prysmian we are looking for a Production Control Planning (PCP) Engineer to design create and optimize the production programme managing technical constraints and bottlenecks to maximize industrial efficiencies and ensure compliance with service indicators.

Main responsibilities

• Detailed Programming and Sequencing: Build the logical sequence of the production programme and assign the order of execution to each Production Order (PO) in the SAP system to maximize industrial efficiencies.
• Semi-finished Product Planning (SF): Create and secure the production plan for semi-finished materials ensuring a constant flow of inputs for the final stages of manufacturing.
• Technical Optimization of Orders: Add specific technical instructions to production orders and manage the creation of orders for samples developments and reprocessing.
• Service Level Management: Calculate and manage the CLIP indicator by implementing actions to meet confirmed delivery dates.
• Control and Operational Release: Execute the release of production orders assign their sequence in the ERP and ensure the correct loading of information into the Data Collector.

Who are we looking for

• Professional in Production Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• More than 2 years experience in related positions
• Advanced knowledge of Excel Inventory Management Theory of Constraints Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge or certifications in Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Master Production Schedule SAP and Technical Regulations are desirable

En Prysmian estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Production control planning (PCP) con el objetivo de diseñar crear y optimizar el programa de producción gestionando las restricciones técnicas y cuellos de botella para maximizar las eficiencias industriales y garantizando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio.

Principales responsabilidades

• Programación y Secuenciación Detallada: Construir la secuencia lógica del programa de producción y asignar el orden de ejecución a cada Orden de Producción (OP) en el sistema SAP para maximizar las eficiencias industriales.
• Planificación de Semielaborados (SF): Crear y asegurar el plan de producción de materiales semielaborados garantizando el flujo constante de insumos para las etapas finales de manufactura.
• Optimización Técnica de Órdenes: Agregar instrucciones técnicas específicas a las órdenes de producción y gestionar la creación de órdenes para muestras desarrollos y reprocesos.
• Gestión del Nivel de Servicio: Calcular y gestionar el indicador CLIP implementando acciones para cumplir con las fechas de entrega confirmadas.
• Control y Liberación Operativa: Ejecutar la liberación de órdenes de producción asignar su secuencia en el ERP y asegurar el correcto cargue de la información en el Data Collector.

A quién buscamos

• Profesional en Ingeniería de Producción Ingeniería Eléctrica Ingeniería Electrónica Ingeniería Industrial Ingeniería Mecánica o afines
• Experiencia superior a 2 años en cargos relacionados
• Conocimientos en Excel avanzado Gestión de Inventarios Teoría de Restricciones Analítica de Datos y Business Intelligence.
• Deseable conocimientos o certificaciones en Lean Manufacturing Plan maestro de producción en manufactura SAP Normatividad técnica
