We are a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Quality Assurance Specialist II. This position reports to the Quality Manager and will work in Limerick Pennsylvania.

About the position

As a Quality Assurance Specialist II in the Quality team you will be involved in handling day to day interactions with customers concerning quality defects returns as well as tracking internal scrap and supplier performance.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor daily emails from Customer Service and for new RGAs requested and entered in MAIN
• Updating the Customer Complaints Tracker file with all RGA preliminary information
• Monitor and handle Customer Returns (RGAs)
• Provide Technical Support to Customer Service team as needed
• Providing communication to customers concerning critical issues
• Collaborating with Engineering team concerning warranty troubleshooting training etc.
• Product recertification
• Track warranty issues internal scrap and supplier performance metrics
• Manage 8D investigations concerning customer complaint/return
• Create distribute quality alerts as needed
• Complete all customer SCARS
