Job Summary

MAIN DUTIESMust adhere to standard operating proceduresSuccessful completion of WHMIS training (or willingness to obtain)Successful completion of Aerial Lift Operator Certification and Forklift License (or willingness to obtain)Ability to use a high pressure hose and cleaning chemicalsMaintain good manufacturing practices as related to hygiene allergen handling and temperature controlReceiving chemicals as requiredOutside garbage/recycling/ash traysPrepare garbage bins and empty garbage bins regularly in productionWipe down condensationSet up and empty gray garbage binsCompact cardboardEmpty black buggies as requiredDispose of skids as neededDispensing of chemicalsShoveling snow and salting the groundOther duties as assignedQualifications:Demonstrated understanding of food safety (to be tested)Ability to meet the physical demands of the positionDemonstrated recent satisfactory performance and USSofina Foods is committed to Employment Equity and maintaining a diverse workforce.
