The opportunity
Were offering a fantastic opportunity for a personal assistant to join our Auckland office. Youll primarily support our senior banking and tax partners in a PA capacity while also being the heartbeat of the wider team - the person who keeps everyone connected and the team ticking. Working alongside a supportive and collaborative group your days will be varied - no two days are the same and youll thrive in this role that keeps you on your toes within a fun professional environment. What youll do
Youll be the person who takes care of both the work and life admin that allows the partnerstofocus on what they do best - anticipating their needs and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Youll also be the one who brings the team together and keeps things humming behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the go-to person for the partners - anticipating whats needed rolling up your sleeves and enabling them to succeed
- Proactive diary management scheduling and coordinating meetings - making sure the partners are always where they need to be
- Organising and coordinating travel arrangements team and client events - ensuring the detail is taken care of
- Being the trusted person that helps with life admin tasks so that the partners remain focused on what they do best
- Being the glue of the team - fostering connection and coordinating team activities that bring people together
- Supporting the billing process and processing expense claims
- Formatting proofreading and finalising legal documents and presentations.
