The Role

Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court

Draft dispositive motions briefs and other advocacy materials

Manage discovery including depositions and expert coordination

Prepare witnesses and support trial strategy and trial proceedings

Collaborate with partners and clients on high-value disputes

Ideal Background

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

37 yrs exp in complex commercial litigation

Strong motion practice deposition and courtroom experience

Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Top academic credentials

Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously

Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
