Job Description:Bob Tomes Ford is seeking Service Advisors. The service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients who visit the dealership. They will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their vehicles and will be responsible for scheduling appointments providing estimates and communicating with the service team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience at the dealership. Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for service
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Work with the service team to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide clients with accurate estimates of the cost of repairs and maintenance
- Keep clients informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
