Must-have requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in business operationsstrategy consulting or a related field
- Project management skills including planning execution and tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Comfortableadoptingnewtechnologyplatforms and tools (e.g. CRM systemsAI tools data analyticsplatforms)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how operational improvements contribute to overall business goals
- Excel & PowerPointproficiency
Desirable requirements: - Interest & experience with M&Aandintegration activities
- Experience running projects with cross-functionaland cross-regionalteams
What the job involves: - Owningmultiple operational improvement projectsand ensuring their success.
- Drive crossfunctional product operations including release mapping documentation standards roadmap alignment customer migration planning and knowledgesystem consolidation.
- Working withinternalstakeholdersin all functions (sales marketing product operations finance)to drive your projects to success
- Close work withsenior leadership
- Identifyand designadditionalopportunities to improve the business
- Lead global training framework standardization and manage tooling enhancementsto improve internal visibility consistency and operational efficiency.
