Job Description:
Job Summary:
Lead the Business Units Regional strategy execution to achieve company growth and profitability targets and meet customers expectations in line with BUs strategic plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the BU Growth Strategy on regional level and promote revenue and profitability growth.
- Support the Global BU in achieving the overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as defined by the strategic plan and budget.
- Responsible for Profit and Loss of the BU in the region.
- Optimize BU operations in the region to meet business targets including Cost Quality and Delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement activities & cost reduction programs in cooperation with regional and global functions.
- Lead customer projects in the region.
- Escalate any urgent or business critical matters to the Global BU management.
- Form staff guide lead and manage the BU organization in the region to meet BU objectives.
- Provide leadership guidance performance feedback/rating and recommend training development of sales and operational staff.
- Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team and between the team and the global BU and the region by encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset collaboration professional development and the growth of employees capabilities through assessment training coaching and mentoring.
- Be the focal point for BU communications from the region to the Global BU.
- Promote safety quality respect and ethical behavior at all times.
Qualifications:

- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships for successful sales growth.
- Aptitude for preparation of monthly management reports and annual forecasts for budgeting.
- Strong financial acumen including the ability to build business plans meeting BU targets.
- Deep operations background.
- Ability to lead a full P&L organization focused on Quality Cost and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability lead the operations and build a successful team.
- Strategic minded with the ability to develop plans execute and deliver results.
- Fluent English level.

Education: Possess Bachelors/Master Degree in Business Administration Sales and Marketing or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years senior management role (including people management) including 10 years of practical experience in the Aftermarket Automotive or related Industries.
Working conditions:
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Carrying equipment up and down stairs. Occasional overtime will be required.
Travel: Domestic and International travel required.
