Job Summary
Peter Boulware Toyota is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Parts Counterman to join our team in Tallahassee FL. This role is essential to ensuring that customers and service technicians receive the correct parts with efficiency and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory management and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians by accurately identifying and providing the required automotive parts.
- Manage inventory by receiving stocking and organizing parts in the parts department.
- Process sales transactions and maintain proper documentation for all parts sales.
- Communicate with vendors to order parts and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parts department.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use computer systems for inventory and sales processing.
