About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Assistant to join our HR Operations team on a 9-month fixed term contract based in Birmingham.
As a key member of our HR team youll be the first point of contact for employees and Partners providing a friendly professional and responsive HR service. Youll support colleagues throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle and play an important role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
Youll be working in a busy fastpaced environment where no two days are the same so being organised accurate and approachable is key. This is a great entrylevel HR role for someone keen to learn youll build your understanding of HR systems policies and processes while gaining handson experience across a wide range of HR activities helping you develop your skills and confidence as you grow in the role.
Location: Birmingham with travel to London
About you:
Were looking for someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and brings a genuine interest in HR supported by a sound understanding of HR administration. Youll be comfortable handling a varied workload and will take pride in delivering work accurately and efficiently even when juggling competing priorities.
To succeed in this role youll bring strong IT capability with confidence using Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint to support daytoday delivery and maintain high standards of service. Youll be proactive and solutionsfocused with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and contribute ideas that help drive a more efficient and effective service.
Youll be a collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work and is tenacious in seeing tasks through to completion. Strong interpersonal skills are essential enabling you to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues across the firm.
