Préposé aux bâtiments - JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :En tant que Préposé aux bâtiments chez JLL vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien dun environnement de travail propre sécuritaire et professionnel pour nos clients. Vous contribuerez directement aux objectifs dexcellence opérationnelle de JLL en assurant des services de haute qualité qui soutiennent les activités quotidiennes de nos installations spécialisées. Ce poste vous offre lopportunité de faire partie dune équipe dynamique tout en développant vos compétences dans un environnement technologique avancé.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Effectuer le nettoyage des zones générales du vivarium et des laboratoires spécialisés selon les protocoles établis

• Maintenir un inventaire adéquat déquipement de protection individuelle (EPI) dans tous les postes désignés

• Effectuer les inspections régulières des douches oculaires douches durgence et trousses de premiers soins

• Enregistrer les activités BPL (Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire) selon les exigences réglementaires

• Assurer lentretien général des lieux et maintenir un espace de travail propre et sécuritaire

• Collaborer avec léquipe dentretien pour diverses tâches de support

• Offrir un service client exceptionnel et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec tous les intervenants

Qualifications requises :

• Bilinguisme français-anglais (oral et écrit)

• Expérience préalable dans lentretien de bâtiments ou environnements spécialisés

• Connaissance des protocoles de sécurité et des matières dangereuses

• Capacité à suivre les formations obligatoires en gestion de matières dangereuses

• Ponctualité et assiduité exemplaires

• Aptitude à travailler en équipe et de manière autonome

Qualifications préférées :

• Expérience dans un environnement de laboratoire ou vivarium

• Connaissances de base en informatique et technologies

• Certification en premiers soins

• Expérience en inspection déquipements de sécurité

• Formation en Bonnes Pratiques de Laboratoire (BPL)

What this job involves:As a Day Porter at JLL you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean safe and professional work environment for our clients. You will directly contribute to JLLs operational excellence objectives by ensuring high-quality services that support the daily activities of our specialized facilities. This position offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team while developing your skills in an advanced technological environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform cleaning of general vivarium areas and specialized laboratories according to established protocols

• Maintain adequate inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all designated stations

• Conduct regular inspections of eyewash stations emergency showers and first aid kits

• Record GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) activities according to regulatory requirements

• Ensure general building maintenance and maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Collaborate with the maintenance team for various support tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual French-English proficiency (oral and written)

• Previous experience in building maintenance or specialized environments

• Knowledge of safety protocols and hazardous materials handling

• Ability to complete mandatory training in hazardous materials management

• Exemplary punctuality and attendance

• Ability to work both in a team setting and independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in laboratory or vivarium environments

• Basic computer and technology knowledge

• First aid certification

• Experience in safety equipment inspection

• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) training
