About the Role
As a Senior Strategy & Development Analyst at Romcim you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys strategic direction across our Cement and Building Materials businesses. This position gives you exposure to high-impact initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders including Board members. You will contribute to strategic planning business development M&A and cross-functional projects that drive Romcims growth.

In this role you will also supportand occasionally act as a backup forthe Director of Strategy & Development ensuring continuity of strategic priorities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into structured strategic projects with clear objectives and action plans
Develop analyticalframeworks hypotheses and project structures across multiple business functions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
Manage and align diverse stakeholders ensuringtransparency collaboration and strategic consistency
Support M&A activities including marketassessment valuation due diligence and integration planning
Lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives in areas such as Commercial Marketing Supply and Finance
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations reports and strategic documents for senior leadership and C-level audiences

Competencies

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and build financial and market analyses
Excellent communicationskills including drafting strategic documents and presenting to senior stakeholders
Advanced project management capabilitiesmanaging multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trust across functions
Solid knowledge of strategy consulting M&A or business development methodologies
Technical proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and preferably BI tools (Power BI Tableau) and SQL
Behavioral strengths such as proactivity adaptability structured problem-solving and a growth-oriented mindset
