Healthcare Advisory is a specialist consulting practice within Ipsos which partners with pharma and med tech clients to solve strategy challenges across the product lifecycle; often working closely with Market Research Market Access and RWE teams at Ipsos.

About the role:

Join Ipsos as a pivotal member of our Healthcare Advisory team where your leadership will enhance our consulting marketplace position. You will be responsible for integrating strategy consulting with evidence generation managing P&L for sustainable growth and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This dynamic leadership role offers the chance to drive significant impact within the pharma and med-tech sectors as you develop strategic approaches and major project proposals that elevate our profile globally.

About you:

Essential skills:

• Proven and experienced in delivering sustainable business growth a strategic thinker and a strong people leader.
• Demonstrable experience in strategy consulting with a focus on early pipeline planning launch excellence and portfolio strategy.
• Proven track record in delivering sustainable business growth and managing P&L.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with a good understanding of primary market research.

Desirable skills:

• A presence in the market through social media or industry platforms.
• Experience with AI tools and methods in market research or consulting roles.
