Health Care Assistant Endoscopy

The role

Were looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Endoscopy team at Glendon Wood Hospital in Kettering. Putting patients first youll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our Endoscopy team are busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together youll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Where youll be based

Glendon Wood Hospital is our brand new state-of-the-art day surgery facility part of Ramsay Health Care UK one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. The hospital is an extension of services delivered by Woodland Hospital which delivers high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance or who wish to self-fund their treatment. We also support the NHS with providing some NHS services via the e-referral system.

By investing in the latest advanced medical technology we offer a wide range of treatments and services. We care for patients from initial outpatient consultation and diagnostic scanning through to surgical treatment and recovery.

We are proud to be in partnership with some of the most qualified and experienced Consultants along with dedicated staff who are highly trained and pride themselves on maintaining the highest levels of patient care to encourage a full and speedy recovery.

What youll bring with you

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proven customer services skills

• Be a highly motivated individual

• Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments

• Great communication skills
